The UF installations of Wazutec Watertreatment BV until so far are custom-made and produced. We never apply UF without pilot studies.

UF systems are very suited for remote control. We have designed UF installations for the treatment of rinse water contaminated with penetrating fluorescence liquid and alkaline water-oil emulsions. The applications are triggered by demands in the market and because there are no economically better solutions.

Permanent contamination of the membranes is the reason a UF installation is not always the best solution. In case of strongly diluted oil-water emulsions and other emulsions, an ELFLOX®-installation is the recommended technology, possibly in combination with Micro-membrane filtration.
